RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Withdrawal is the right according to which the consumer has at his disposal a period of 14 calendar days to return the product he bought, for any reason, even unnecessary, and to request a refund. This deadline is valid in all the countries of the European Union, while in case the consumer has not been previously informed about this right, then this deadline is extended to 12 months.
It is necessary to include the return form in the return package.

- In case you request a coupon code you will receive an email, Viber or Text Message (sms) with your "return coupon" upon receipt of your return. The amount corresponding to the coupon will be available to place a new order with Free Shipping. The amount to be credited is equal to the value of the returned products (excluding any expenses you may have paid).
- In case you request a refund (withdrawal) the return shipping will be charged to the customer. Otherwise you can return the parcel with our charge and the return shipping will be offset with the amount we will return to you. You should know that the process has a € 5 shipping cost. This amount will be deducted (offset) from your refund and therefore will not need to be paid to the shipping company. The final amount of the refund will be deposited in the account you give us or directly on the card you used during your purchase or in your PayPal account, depending on how your original order was paid. By sending the parcel you will inform that the charge is of the recipient (ours). In addition, refunds are only made on the value of the products (excluding any expenses you may have paid).
- The products must be in perfect condition, complete and without damage, as you received them and the special markings have not been removed (with the clothes tags and their jelly in Clothes & Accessories and in their factory packaging in Shoes, so that to be transported safely and to avoid any damage.
- The return will be accepted only after the approval of the company. The company does not bear any responsibility for any damage or deterioration of the products after their use and is not obliged in any case to replace them.
- Each return is made by courier by calling the store phone, (+30) 210 80 82 955, for prior arrangement.
- The value stated on the purchase receipt will be taken into account for the return, change or replacement of the goods.
- The return of the products should be done exclusively with the courier company that we will indicate to you, with our own charge.
- In case you choose when returning the goods, shipping cost (yours) you must inform us in writing by sending us a relevant email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the email you must write the shipping number of the parcel you return to us. In case you do not notify us the system will automatically consider that the charge is borne by the recipient (us).
- In case you choose to use any other transport of your choice, you will be fully charged the cost of transport which you will pay to the transport company you choose at the time of sending the parcel.
- When exercising the right of return, the return of the goods will be done in our warehouses. That is, the address of alda.gr should be noted as a place of delivery - KOLOKOTRONI 1, KIFISSIA SHOPPING CENTER, ATTICA, GREECE, PC 145 62, (+30) 210 80 82 955. For this reason, the return of goods through a simple ELTA package is not acceptable way of sending the return by the customer.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept changes / returns for the following: underwear, swimwear (in case the sanitary sticker has been removed), socks, cosmetics, earrings, towels and related products.
- In cases where the products have been received and paid for at the cooperating physical store, the right of return does not apply remotely, as the sale is not considered to have been made remotely. In these cases you can make a change, within 10 days, exclusively at the partner physical store.
- Refunds are made within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products you return. The money is deposited from our account at Alpha Bank. There may be bookings from your bank, and a possible delay, if your account is with a third bank other than Alpha Bank. - In those cases in which with our proven fault, products were delivered to you in a different design or size from that of the order or there is a defect you can return the products without any charge.
