1. How to buy
You can buy in the following ways:
- directly from our online store
- calling our call center.
We do not accept orders from social media (facebook, instagram, etc.)
2. How to pay
You can pay with the following payment methods:
- Cash on delivery (provided the amount does not exceed € 500) *
- Credit-Debit Card (We do not have an installment plan)
- Transfer to a bank account.
- The method of "cash on delivery" cash has an additional charge of 3.00 €.
3. How to receive
You can pick it up in the following ways
- Collection at the Store
- Pick up with a courier company - Pick up in 1-3 working days depending on the destination (excluding those defined by the transport company as "inaccessible areas")
*Additional charge 3 € for parcel up to 5 kg and + 1.5 € for each additional kilo up to 10 kg.
*Extra charge for bulky packages and in addition to 10 kg.
4. Availability
If you ordered a product with availability indication:
- Available: you will pick up immediately / next business day from the store or in 1-3 business days depending on the destination (excluding those defined by the transport company as "inaccessible areas”)
- 1-3 Ημέρες : Το προιόν θα είναι διαθέσιμο για παραλαβή/αποστολή σε έως 3 εργάσιμες ημέρες.
- Upon Order, you will receive within 30 calendar days with the condition of telephone, from our side, contact for confirmation and payment. The time of checking any supporting documents is included in the period of 30 days.
- Low or Not at all: The product may NOT be Available
Working days: Everyday is considered working days (Monday-Friday 10: 00-17: 00). Online orders placed on non-business hours are processed the next day.
